How To Use
Off The Scalp: Mix 1:2 with Blacklight developers depending on the degree of lightening desired. Apply on dry hair. Process up to 60 minutes. Check frequently to avoid over-processing. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner. Rinse thoroughly. On The Scalp: Mix 1:2 with Blacklight 20 Volume (6%) Developer or less. Apply on dry hair. Process less than 60 minutes. Check frequently until desired result. Rinse with water thoroughly until water is clear. Shampoo lightly with Blacklight Shampoo and followed by Blacklight Conditioner. Rinse thoroughly.
