How To Use
Always use in combination with BlondMe Premium Developers for optimal results. Mix BlondMe Bond Enforcing White Blending Cream 1:1 with BlondMe Premium Developer. Levels 6-7: BlondMe Premium Developer 12% (40 Vol). Levels 8+: BlondMe Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol). Apply to dry hair, do not shampoo before, apply the mixture immediately after preparation. Apply in sections using a generous quantity of product in order to ensure optimal lift, coverage and equalization. Development Time: 30-45 minutes, additional heat is not recommended.
